Key Responsibilities:

Join Helium as a Customer Service Associate, Omnichannel, and play a vital role in supporting customers for leading global brands. Key Responsibilities:
· Provide timely, empathetic, and accurate customer support across phone, email, live chat, social, SMS/WhatsApp, and in-app messaging in fluent English (C1–C2 level).
· Manage ticket queues and meet service level agreements (SLAs) by triaging, resolving, documenting, and escalating cases according to established playbooks.
· Apply de-escalation and retention strategies to resolve issues effectively and turn detractors into promoters.
· Collaborate with Marketing and CRM teams to ensure campaign readiness—updating FAQs, macros, and proactive outreach as needed.
· Execute consistent, aligned communication during campaign surges and manage callbacks or follow-ups when required.
· Capture customer insights and accurately tag, document, and close cases while maintaining strong data integrity.
· Contribute to and maintain knowledge base content and macros for internal efficiency.
· Monitor customer satisfaction (CSAT/NPS), identify trends, and suggest actions to improve first contact resolution (FCR) and overall service quality.
· Track performance metrics (AHT, QA, FCR, adherence) and share progress with team leads weekly.
Qualifications and Skills:
· Full command of the English language (C1–C2 proficiency, spoken and written).
· 1–3 years of customer service or support experience in an omnichannel environment.
· Proven ability to handle de-escalations, communicate empathetically, and solve problems effectively.
· Familiarity with customer engagement and campaign coordination across multiple channels (email, SMS, push, social).
· Strong documentation and data management habits with attention to accuracy and compliance.
· Experience working with support platforms such as Zendesk, Intercom, Salesforce Service Cloud, Freshdesk, or Gorgias.
· Knowledge of telephony/dialer systems (e.g., Five9) and CRM tools.
· Availability for shift-based work between 7:00 a.m.–11:00 p.m. EST, including weekends or holidays as needed.
· High integrity in handling customer data, following verification and compliance procedures.

· Experience in the retail industry.
