Andy Bosko serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Skybridge Americas, where he has been instrumental in driving the company’s brand evolution, implementing cutting-edge technology, optimizing operations, transitioning to 100% work@home, expanding to the nearshore, and spearheading remarkable sales growth since joining in 2016. With over 30 years of executive leadership experience, Andy is known for his approachable, hands-on leadership style, sharp sense of humor, and unwavering focus on delivering results.

Before joining Skybridge Americas, Andy held several key executive positions in sales and customer contact organizations. Most recently, he served as Chief Operating Officer at iPacesetters, LLC. Previously, he was Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Alpine Access, and he also held senior leadership roles at TRG, Convergys, and APAC.

Andy earned an MBA from the J.L. Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a B.S. from Loyola University Chicago.

Experienced founder with over 25 years in the outsourcing/offshoring industry. Expert in Operations Management, Managed Services, Voice over IP (VoIP), Business Development and Strategic Planning. As a serial entrepreneur, he has founded several companies in the telecommunications, business process outsourcing, and healthcare industries that have grown to over US$ 30 million in revenue.

Team builder and serial entrepreneur with 30+ year career spanning enterprise (Accenture’s Public Sector Human Services portfolio) and entrepreneurial health/human service ventures in managed care, physician network development, software/technology and consulting services. Served as CEO and/or co-founder of multiple organizations focused on healthcare transformation, leading them through seed-stage development and rapid growth, as well as corporate restructuring and turn-around.

Rich Steinle

PRESIDENT

30+ year career in healthcare and higher education administration, risk management, and business development, with a PhD in Administration and a MSW. Key strengths in strategic planning, implementation, network growth, branding, physician joint ventures, program evaluation and design and organizational transformation. Highly sought after, engaging bilingual/bicultural public speaker, motivating international consultant, and influential leader.

Edwin Estevez

CHIEF INNOVATION OFFICER

Business development strategist and revenue leader with 30+ years of experience scaling BPO and CX operations globally. Craig has expanded Fortune 1000 client portfolios across North America, LATAM, EMEA, and APAC, holding senior roles at IBM, Qualfon, Global Response/Connexus, and Precision Response. In healthcare, he has built multimillion-dollar partnerships with Kaiser Permanente, BCBSA, WellCare, and AstraZeneca across onshore, nearshore, and offshore models. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration and completed executive education at Wharton.
